Shipping Policy

Algorista ships orders once a week, on Wednesday, from Madrid, New Mexico.

Orders placed by Tuesday at 5:00 PM Mountain Time ship the next day. Orders placed after that go out the following Wednesday. A tracking number arrives by email when the shipping label is generated.

Where Algorista ships

The United States only. Pendants and earrings travel well in padded mailers via USPS First-Class Mail. Standard delivery typically arrives three to seven business days after the ship date, depending on the destination.

International orders are not currently offered.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If a package is later than the carrier's posted estimate, email algoristanm@gmail.com. If something arrives broken or the wrong piece, the studio makes it right — see the Return & Refund Policy.

In-person sales

Pieces also sell in person at the Madrid Farmers' Market on Tuesdays and at listed shows throughout the year. The shipping schedule above covers online orders only.
