Return & Refund Policy

If a piece doesn't suit — fit, color, occasion, change of heart, any reason at all — send it back. No questions asked.

How to return a piece

Email algoristanm@gmail.com to start a return. The studio will reply with the return address and any tracking notes.

Pack the piece in its original mailer if it's still around, or any padded envelope that protects the work. Drop it at the post office. Standard return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or the order shipped wrong — in those cases Algorista covers return shipping.

Refunds

A refund is processed within five business days of the return arriving back in Madrid, returned to the original payment method.

What's eligible

Every piece Algorista sells. Pendants, earrings, anything in the shop. The studio's posture is simple: if a piece isn't right, send it back and the money returns.

Damaged or wrong items

If a piece arrives broken or the order shipped wrong, email algoristanm@gmail.com with a photo. A replacement ships out the next Wednesday at no additional charge, or a full refund issues — whichever the buyer prefers.

Exchanges

The simplest path for an exchange — say, an aluminum piece in place of a brass one, or a different pattern entirely — is a return plus a fresh order. That keeps inventory honest and gets the new piece on the next shipping day.

Sale items

The same generous policy applies. A piece bought on sale can still be returned for a full refund of what was paid.

In-person purchases

The same policy covers pieces bought at the Madrid Farmers' Market or at a show. Mail the piece back with a note, or bring it to a future market and trade it back in person.
